Both Tahiti and Moorea have fantastic sightseeing oportunities with 4 wheel drive tours into the rain forest and to lookouts hugely popular. Both islands have interesting archaelogical sites to muse over, and Moorea has the added charm of its stunning Cooks Bay and Opunohu Bay as well as the Tiki Cultural Village. Tahiti and Moorea are both small enough to circumnavigate on a day tour. Bora Bora also has great sightseeing, though much of the focus is on the water with lagoon cruises. The World War II guns and scenic lookouts are well worth a visit.
